The Occupational Health and Safety Act
85 of 1993 has been enacted and came
into force with intention to make further
provisions for securing the safety, health
and welfare of persons at work, for
protecting others against risks to safety or
health in connection with the activities of
persons at work and also, not limited to
these, to improve the administration and
enforcement of the occupational safety
and health legislation in South Africa.
The objective of the ISO-Q Safety
Passport is to establish the
training programme framework
specific to the client’s organization,
culture and practices (rules and
regulations) and make a positive
enhancement of health and safety
standards at all levels among
workers in the participating
sectors.
We have an extensive background
in both industry and the design of
Safety Passport Training
Programmes that focus on the
delivery of essential health and
safety knowledge and safe working
practices to all employees.
|The Objective
Welcome to our website
The ISO-Q safety passport is a credit-
card size card outlining a worker’s
health and safety training basic driver
training and medical requirements or
fitness for work.
On top of a photo, the robust plastic
card includes a number of other
security features and an expiry date, to
make sure that required training and
medical records are up to date.
Delegates who successfully complete
our course can choose to receive the
ISO-Q certificate and/or passport card
as proof of their qualification.
